Once the "rounds" begin, we will typically have monthly check-ins about results and answer any questions that you may have though, once again, we have moved to a DIY program.

CROA Consumer DISCLOSURE

The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) makes it clear that consumers have the right to "...dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly." (In other words, you can most definitely do this yourself.) This act ALSO states that"...neither you nor any 'credit repair' company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report." These are just a few of the important bits of information contained in the CROA Disclosure.
